This tool will help you to identify gaps in how Human Factors are managed where you work.
This will help you to see where better management of Human Factors is needed to improve safety.
We are all human. Human factors is about how psychology, design, organisational processes and other people affect how you work. Your company needs to understand these factors better in order to let people work more effectively and to improve safety.
This tool is designed to be relevant to everyone in the Oil & Gas industry, at all levels offshore and onshore. All data collected is anonymous. For each self-assessment you will be asked to state your location and job level to allow the data collected to be analysed by your organisation to identify opportunities for improvement.
The tool covers a number of HF topics and each has a set of questions which you will answer. The responses to the questions will be presented back to you to show the strengths and weaknesses in each area. Each question set will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Upon completion of the assessment you will get instant feedback on your results and suggestions for where you can find further information which will help you to address gaps. You can decide how many topics to complete in one session. The questions are tailored depending on your role in the organisation so they should always be relevant for you.
Access to this tool is available anywhere, anytime. It is easy to use on desktops, mobiles or tablets.
